Engagement Terms

PSSOL primarily provides senior-led strategic advisory, commercialization and business-development strategy, governance, and program-support services for life sciences and related business contexts. Specific services,
deliverables, timelines, fees, assumptions, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property terms, data-handling requirements, and other obligations are defined in the applicable signed written agreement with PSSOL or its applicable affiliate.

Nothing on this website creates an engagement, modifies an engagement, guarantees availability, or commits PSSOL to provide any particular service. PSSOL may decline, limit, or condition any engagement based on conflicts, independence considerations, onboarding requirements, scope, capacity, regulatory considerations, data-handling requirements, or other business considerations.

Certain implementation support, administrative processing, operational support services, external specialist
coordination, technology support, data exchange, or operational execution support may be available only under
separate written terms or only when expressly included in an executed statement of work or engagement agreement.

Deliverables are prepared for the client and purpose stated in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in
writing, deliverables may not be redistributed, published, relied upon by third parties, or used outside the agreed
purpose.

Website descriptions, examples, case studies, prior experience, or illustrative materials do not guarantee any outcome,
result, transaction, regulatory decision, commercial performance, or similar result.

PSSOL may coordinate with external specialists, contractors, advisors, technology vendors, or service providers when
appropriate for an engagement and permitted by the applicable agreement. Any such support is subject to
confidentiality commitments and role-appropriate access controls.

If any statement on this website conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, statement of work, confidentiality
agreement, data-processing provision, business associate agreement, or other written contract, the signed written
agreement controls.
